My Reiki healing practice is in Sugar House, Utah and offers a gentle yet profoundly healing experience, channeling universal life force energy through intention—without the need for physical touch. Rooted in traditional Usui Reiki and guided by deep intuition, each session is a sacred space for release, restoration, and renewal. You’ll remain fully clothed and can choose to receive Reiki lying down, seated, or on a yoga mat—whatever feels most comfortable for your body. I work with the energy centers (chakras) to dissolve emotional and energetic blockages, rebalance your system, and invite a deep sense of peace. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, grief, or spiritual disconnection, Reiki offers a nurturing way to realign with your natural flow. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner light so you can move through life with greater clarity, ease, and authenticity.
