Sacred Shift Reiki is a trauma-informed, heart-centered healing practice in Sugar House, Salt Lake City, founded by Master Reiki and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner Shannon Egan. Services include traditional, no-touch Usui Reiki energy healing, sound healing, somatic experiencing–informed sessions, tarot and oracle readings, and guided visualization to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual clarity.
All services are offered through an intuitive, compassionate 1:1 approach that supports emotional healing and energetic balance. Sessions honor the heart as a bridge between lived experience and inner wisdom. When it feels appropriate and aligned for the client, intuitive insight—including connection to spiritual or ancestral guidance—may be gently invited. Every session is guided by your comfort level and needs, supporting healing, clarity, and aligned next steps.

Traditional No-Touch Usui Reiki Energy Healing
Experience traditional, no-touch Usui Reiki focused on chakra alignment and paired with sound healing instruments like singing bowls and shamanic drums. Each session is rooted in intention and guided by intuition—creating space to release emotional pain, dissolve blocks, and restore inner balance. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, or spiritual burnout, Reiki offers a gentle return to wholeness.

Heart-Centered Visualization
Guided visualization is a proven technique used by Olympic athletes to build neural pathways and achieve their goals through mental imagery. In our session, you'll learn how to use this powerful tool—not just from the mind, but from the heart space, where true manifestation begins. I teach you how to co-create with the universe, claim what’s yours, and step into your role as the magician of your life.

Tarot & Oracle Card Readings
My Tarot Readings are intuitive, heart-centered sessions designed to offer clarity, insight, and soul-level guidance. You’ll choose from over ten unique decks, each with its own energy and message. Whether you're navigating change, seeking purpose, or simply need confirmation, these readings provide a reflective space to reconnect with your truth. Available in person or virtually.

Somatic Experiencing® Sessions
Experience gentle, body-based support rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, focused on nervous system regulation and restoring safety within the body. Each session is guided with care and attunement—creating space to notice sensation, release stored stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, somatic work offers a steady return to balance.

Feminine Rising: Awaken Your Sacred She
Many of us have been conditioned to strive, control, and give endlessly while neglecting care for ourselves and our emotional needs. Over time, this imbalance leaves us exhausted and disconnected from the Divine Feminine within—our softness, intuition, receptivity, and natural flow.
In this 90-minute workshop, Shannon Egan, Master Reiki & Sound Healer, gently guides you through sound healing, Divine Feminine tarot, and Reiki with crystals to release stored blocks, restore balance, and reconnect with your Sacred She in a supportive, intentional space.
